The Lanús team drew 0-0 against Platense at home, in a match of the twenty-second round of the Liga Profesional de Fútbol (LPF), which did not benefit either team in their fight to get closer to qualifying spots for the next Copa Sudamericana.
In a match where Lanús had greater control of the game, they came close to victory, but Platense was about to take the three points at the end, although a goal by Ignacio Schor was disallowed by VAR.
Despite the draw, the team coached by Ricardo Zielinski still has chances of qualification for the international cup, occupying the thirteenth position in the annual table, just three points from the last qualified team so far, Independiente.
